Maybe your preforms aren&amp;rsquo;t heating evenly, or your cycle speeds have just&amp;hellip; crawled.&#xA;Usually, the culprit isn&amp;rsquo;t the machine itself. It&amp;rsquo;s the infrared (IR) lamps. They drift over time. They lose their punch.&#xA;The good news? You don&amp;rsquo;t need a massive &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;system&lt;/a&gt; overhaul to fix it. Swapping out those old bulbs for modern, high-density halogen elements can actually push your output higher than it was on day one.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The secret is all in the heat density.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;To get more bottles out the door, you need the heat to sink into the PET preform faster. We use high-wattage shortwave IR lamps to make that happen. By dialing in the voltage and wattage to match your power supply, you get a much stronger &amp;ldquo;hit&amp;rdquo; of radiant heat.&#xA;It’s simple: the preform hits the right temperature in fewer seconds. That means you can either speed up the conveyor or shorten the oven length. More bottles, less waiting.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;Will they actually fit?&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Yes. We designed these as drop-in replacements.&#xA;We use heavy-wall quartz glass because these things take a beating with &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;rapid&lt;/a&gt; heating and cooling. Plus, the filaments are halogen-filled. This keeps the surface temperature steady so you don&amp;rsquo;t get that annoying &amp;ldquo;dimming&amp;rdquo; effect you see with the cheap stuff.&#xA;Most of our Sacmi lamps use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. You won&amp;rsquo;t have to spend your weekend rewiring sockets.&#xA;One quick tip: if you&amp;rsquo;re jumping to a much higher wattage, just double-check your current draw. It&amp;rsquo;ll start warping your oven reflectors. Once those warp, your efficiency tanks.&#xA;Keep your ventilation clean. Keep those reflectors polished so the energy actually hits the plastic, not the machine frame. Do that, and you&amp;rsquo;re golden.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
