The gold-coated reflector focuses short-wave infrared energy onto the preform, so absorption improves and wasted heat drops.&#xA;It drops into existing mounts without re-engineering the tunnel, because we match OEM dimensions and electrical specs. Common lengths run 1200–1800 mm, tube diameter is Φ10–12 mm, and the connector is R7s or equivalent. Rated for 230 V or 115 V and offered in power densities aligned to your preform size, the emitter responds quickly and holds temperature tight. In practice, that means faster warm-ups and less drift during long runs.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
