Getting Real About Power and Size
We built these custom logo space heaters for the kind of industrial spots where room is at a premium and you absolutely can’t afford weak heat. Here’s the core of it: a typical unit runs at 400V and 2500W, packing serious heat into a small footprint. And that 300mm tube? Totally intentional. It gives you a wide, radiant reach, but stays short enough to slip into snug enclosures. Just be ready for the power draw—it’s substantial. So make sure your machine’s cooling system is set up to handle the extra warmth.
The Inside Story: Halogen and R7s
Inside, you’ve got a halogen heating element in a quartz tube. That combo keeps the filament steady even when things get scorching, and it cuts down on the blackening you see over time. So the heat stays consistent, day after day. The tube is also coated to keep UV emissions in check and shield nearby parts. For hooking it up, we use an R7s connector. It’s an industrial staple for a reason—snaps in fast, stands up to constant heating and cooling, and turns the whole thing into a quick, drop-in swap.
Built for the Shop Floor
These heaters are for the jobs that need fast, focused heat—not warming up the whole room. You get steady output you can count on, temperature control that’s repeatable, and a build that can take a beating. And yeah, you can slap your logo on it, but the real focus is on reliability. It’s about stable heat, wiring that isn’t a headache, and a component that slips right into your existing setup.
